Warranty Policy 
Redvision products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the  specified warranty period. Within this  period, Redvision will at its sole option repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.  Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer  for parts or labour, provided that the customer  shall be responsible for any transportation costs. The warranty does not cover failures due to accidental or deliberate damage, electrical surges, lightening strikes or unauthorised alteration or repairs.
 
Returns Policy 
To obtain warranty service, contact your local Redvision authorised distributor or call Redvision Customer Support  on +44 (0)1420 448 448 for shipping details and an RMA tracking number.  Redvision will either email or fax a 'Returns Form'. The following information will be required before Redvision is able to issue an RMA number.  
 
  1. Model Type
  2. Serial Number
  3. Reason for return

Redvision will advise if the return is covered under warranty or chargeable, within 3 working days. Redvision's policy is to process returns within 5 working days.
 

NOTE:  ENSURE RETURNED GOODS ARE WELL PROTRECTED DURING TRANSIT IDEALLY IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. REDVISION WILL NOT WARRANT GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. THE RMA TRACKING NUMBER SHOULD BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL.
