Redvision has promoted Stephen Lightfoot to the position of Technical Director. The appointment is a result of Redvision’s continued growth in UK and international markets and successful expansion of its IP and analogue product ranges. Operators can take full advantage of variable speed PTZ operation, with flexible control options. The rugged dome’s wiper, IR and white light illumination can be switched on automatically, manually or scheduled using the Digifort client and all dome pre-sets and tours are remotely configurable.Comprehensive analytics profiles can be set up for each rugged dome preset. Operators can take full advantage of advanced RV30™ camera functionality, including variable speed PTZ operation, with minimal joy-stick latency, which uses either mouse or Meyertech’s ZoneVu keyboards. Redvision announces SDK integration with IDIS NVRs and VMS solutions

Redvision has announced that its RV30™ rugged PTZ dome cameras will now fully integrate with IDIS DirectIP™ NVRs and IDIS Center™ video management software (VMS). Unveiled at Intersec 2017, the integration allows RV30™ plug-and-play camera set up using the IDIS DirectIP™ NVRs. Much of the Redvision IP camera’s advanced functionality is enabled, including variable speed PTZ operation, for responsive operator control; minimal joy-stick latency; wiper, IR and white light illumination by manual switch or schedule; and programming of multiple pre-sets and tours. Redvision launches the new analogue RVX20™ X-SERIES™ rugged dome

The RVX20 is the latest addition to the hugely successful X-SERIES™ range. It joins the 30x zoom, RVX30 analogue model and replaces the existing 18x zoom RVX18 model. “Redvision’s X-SERIES™ cameras are regarded by many CCTV integrators as the security industry’s benchmark, rugged dome camera,” explained Paul Hucker, Director of Redvision. “The RVX20™ uses Sony, Megapixel, CMOS sensor technology, with improved low-light colour rendition and wide dynamic range.
